He was a good communicator prior to the event; he proposed a delicious menu of 6 small courses that featured fresh, organic, flavorful fare, and delivered it with excellent service provided by his two assistants. His communication was great, menus were amazing (which helped to get our team excited for the week), and each meal was delicious and unique. He was very flexible with us too, as we had a few extra people attend the event at the last-minute but he was able to still accommodate everyone and he helped out with a few dietary restrictions. 100% would recommend Chef Pablo and we will definitely book his services again.
